Refund Policy

Faceless Studio is a digital service that is delivered immediately: as soon as you pay, your account can generate videos, and each video consumes real resources (AI models, voices, images and rendering) that we pay for at the moment you generate it. That is why all payments are final and non-refundable. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial first

Every account gets a free video before paying anything. Use it to check the quality, the voices and the styles. Buying a plan means you have seen what the service produces and that you accept this policy.

2. No payment is refunded

We do not issue refunds, in whole or in part, under any circumstances. In particular, the following are not refunded:

The first payment of a subscription or of the pack, whether or not any video was generated.
Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically and the app shows the renewal date under "My plan". Cancel before that date if you do not want to be charged; a renewal that has already been charged is not returned, whether or not you used the videos of that period.
Unused videos at the end of a cycle, or after cancelling. They expire when the cycle closes: they do not accumulate, do not carry over to the next cycle and have no cash value.
Downgrades. Changing to a cheaper plan applies going forward; the difference already paid is not returned.
Dissatisfaction with a result (a voice, an image, a script). You can regenerate the video with other options; that counts as a new video.
Accounts suspended for breaking the Terms of Service.
Platform outcomes: views, monetization, demonetization or removal of your videos by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or any third party.

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; it does not refund the current period, which stays active until its end date.

3. Failures on our side

A video that fails to generate because of us is not counted against your quota; that is the remedy, and it is automatic. If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid period, write to us and we will extend your period by the same time. Neither case entitles you to a cash refund.

4. Right of withdrawal

By purchasing, you expressly request that the service be made available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that, once it is available, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal ("retracto") that some laws grant for distance purchases. In Chile, in accordance with article 3 bis of Law 19.496, we expressly state that the right of withdrawal does not apply to this service. Only where a consumer law of your country grants you a non-waivable right does that right prevail over this policy, to the extent strictly required.

5. Chargebacks

Opening a dispute with your bank is not a refund channel. A chargeback suspends the account while the dispute is open, and the videos generated under the disputed payment may be removed. A chargeback that is ruled in our favor does not restore the account.
