These terms govern your use of Faceless Studio ("the service", "we"), a web service operated from Chile at faceless-studio.com. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
1. What the service does
You provide a topic, a description or your own script and choose options (format, language, voice, visual style, length). The service writes or completes the script with an AI model, synthesizes the voice, generates or selects the visuals and edits a short vertical video with subtitles that you can download, share or upload to a YouTube channel you connect.
2. Your account
You need an email address and a password, or a Google account. Keep your credentials to yourself; everything done under your account is your responsibility. One person, one account. You must be 18 or older. Accounts created with false data, shared between several people or used to evade limits may be suspended.
3. Free trial and plans
- Free trial: one video of up to 30 seconds with a watermark, so you can see the result. No card is required. Download it once it is ready: if the account is still on the trial, that video is deleted from our servers after 3 days. The account keeps the record of having used the trial, so it is not granted again.
- Monthly plans (Starter, Pro, Agency): a number of videos included in each monthly cycle, without watermark, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Pro and Agency include premium voices.
How the monthly plan allowance works. Your plan includes a number of videos per monthly billing cycle. The cycle starts on the day your plan is charged and ends on the day the next renewal is charged. At the start of every cycle the allowance returns to its full amount: if your plan includes 30 videos, you have 30 available from the first day of the cycle.
Unused videos expire at the end of the cycle. They do not accumulate, do not carry over to the next cycle, cannot be transferred and have no cash value: they are not redeemable, refundable or convertible into credit. A 30-video plan with 12 left over starts the next cycle with 30, never with 42.
Videos longer than 90 seconds count as two videos of the allowance. A video that fails because of us does not count. If a renewal is not charged, the cycle does not advance and the allowance is not replenished until payment is settled. Quotas exist to keep the service viable; we may adjust prices and quotas for future purchases, never for a cycle you have already paid.
4. Billing and payments
Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates), our merchant of record. Paddle sells the service to you, charges your payment method, applies the tax of your country on top of the listed price, issues the invoice and handles payment data; we never see your card number. Paddle's buyer terms apply to every purchase.
Monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged in advance, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in the app; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew afterwards. Changing to another plan is prorated by Paddle. If a renewal payment fails, the account is marked past due and, if it is not settled, returns to the free trial level.
Prices are in US dollars. Bank fees, currency conversion charges and local taxes are borne by you.
5. Refunds
The service is a digital product delivered immediately. All payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part: neither the first payment, nor renewals, nor unused videos, as set out in the Refund Policy. Cancelling stops future charges and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. By purchasing you expressly request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or "retracto", to the extent the law allows.
Chargebacks opened without first contacting us are treated as a breach: the account is suspended while the dispute is open and the videos generated under the disputed payment may be removed.
6. Your content and your videos
The topics, descriptions and scripts you type are yours. The videos generated for you are yours to use, publish and monetize as you see fit, including on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. We do not claim ownership of them. You grant us only the permission needed to generate, store and deliver them to you and, if you ask, to upload them to your channel.
If you upload your own files (for example a script or a music track), you represent that you hold the rights needed to use them in a video and to publish it, including synchronization rights for music set to images. You are solely responsible for that material and for any claims it causes; we do not review or filter it, and we may remove it or the video if we receive a claim.
Stock background clips come from Pexels under its license, which allows commercial use inside an edited video; you may not extract those clips and redistribute them as stock. AI-generated images and voices are produced for your video and may be used in it without restriction.
How long we keep your videos. Always download anything you want to keep: storage on our servers is a convenience, not a backup. If your account records no activity for 3 months, we email the account address and may reduce the quality of your stored videos to free up space; if there is still no activity for 6 months, your videos are deleted permanently. Signing in and using the account resets the clock. This affects stored files only, not your plan or your quota.
7. What you may not do
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that incites violence or hatred.
- Impersonate real people or present AI-generated claims about real people as verified facts without checking them.
- Abuse the service: automated mass requests, sharing accounts, reselling access, or attempting to access other people's content or to interfere with the platform.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without refund.
8. AI-generated content
Scripts are written by an AI model and can contain errors, including invented facts. Review every video before publishing it, especially those about real people, health, money or law. We are not responsible for claims made in generated scripts nor for how you use the videos. Platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram have their own rules on AI-generated and reused content and on monetization; complying with them is your responsibility, and we do not guarantee any reach, views or income.
9. Connected accounts (YouTube)
If you connect a YouTube channel, we upload only the videos you explicitly ask us to upload, with the title, description and settings you see before confirming. We store the access that Google grants us in encrypted form and use it for nothing else. You can disconnect the channel at any time from Settings or from your Google account. Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
The YouTube upload uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your data under the Google Privacy Policy.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Generation depends on third-party providers and can be delayed or fail; when it fails, the video is not counted. We may change, replace or discontinue features, voices, styles or providers with reasonable notice when the change is significant.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, platform penalties or content removed by third parties.
12. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. Deleting your account can be requested from Settings or by writing to contact@faceless-studio.com from the account's email address. Download your videos first: deletion is permanent and removes your videos and files. An active subscription must be cancelled before deletion; deletion does not entitle you to a refund.
13. Law and disputes
Chilean law applies. Disputes go to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, unless the consumer protection law of your country of residence grants you a different forum that cannot be waived.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
